With over 30+ years of experience in adoption, I’m honored to offer this training to meet you where you are and elevate how you support adoption with care, clarity, and compassion.
Hi, I’m Steffany Aye,
I never set out to work in adoption.
My journey began by supporting young women facing unexpected pregnancies—scared, judged, and often alone. I knew then that I wanted to stand beside people during life’s most vulnerable moments.
That calling led me to social work, and eventually - unexpectedly - into adoption. Just nine months into my first role, I was running a child placement program… and realized something had to change. Expectant mothers were choosing adoptive families from one-page bios—no photos, no stories, no real connection.
So I changed it.
I introduced photo books, honest conversations, and real relationship-building, because adoption isn’t a transaction.
It’s a lifelong connection.
Years later, I experienced adoption from the other side when we welcomed our daughter Shayla into our family of six. It confirmed what I’d already come to believe:
~ Adoption transforms lives.
~ It creates families.
~ And it changes you forever.
